The Rolls Royce 'Style' golf cart to the left is a 1981 Royal Ride that was custom built for singer/songwriter legend Willy Nelson. It even has a built in wet bar. It is owned by Roderick and Marijana Wilde, the proprietors of Vintage Golf cart Parts. It is currently on display in the world's first all electric vehicle museum located in Kingman, Arizona. Thank you all. I can't believe how fast my post was replied to. I actually got the information for my brother who's a retired mechanic. He's working on this for a friend of his.
He's not too good with computers. He was here when I posted the question and he read your responses. He was impressed with finding the valve and timing procedures initially. Then the link that Blue72Camaro sent is just what he wanted so he could reference it when he needed. Thanks again, btw: I usually hang out on a computer forum. If you need help with your comptuer, come on over there. They use the same software as this site so everything will look familiar.
